I hate spending money
Picked out the new computer and with all the whistles and bells came in substantially below the limit. Seems like it's also difficult to spend other peoples' money, despite the urgings of the customer service agent to get a new scanner, printer, upgraded speakers.
Included is some sort of data transfer cable to migrate info from Old to New. That's half the fun, isn't it?
I don't get excited by computers.
It arrives October 21. An early birthday present. A waste of money. A luxury. I was embarrassed that the agent had already been briefed on the limit by Barbara The Editor and cajoled, Get This, Get This.
I felt cheap.
