On furniture and too many decisions
No books, but furniture instead. Furniture browsing is more accurate. Went to my favorite store and tested couches, loveseats, ottomans, and area rugs because I've decided enough with the empty living room and excuses for refusing entry to friends.

I mean after all, you can't sit on the floor, right?

Before I buy this and this and this I'll do some investigating.

Or is it too much? Hmmm. My bedroom furniture is the same style same store and it's easy for me to think Pattern One Size Fits All. Is living room furniture supposed to be different than the rest of the house?

But yum. With the refurbished floors (dark glossy oak) and an area rug, we could play ScrabbleTriviaMonopolyQuarters and my house wouldn't be so quiet.

You know, it's not so frightening today. I wonder why.

I need a woman to help select fabrics. Yes, it's wrong to say, but it's true.

Don't let me come up with reasons not to buy, okay? I'm the miserly anti-impulse shopper and when you add anti-social to the furniture buying equation, it's easy to rationalize not spending the money.
